The only way that you would know what a car billet grille is, is if you are a car enthusiast. The grille is the opening usually found on the front of the bodywork of a vehicle. It allows air to enter under the hood and flow over the radiator and cool the engine compartment. The billet grille is made from billet, solid bar stock aircraft grade aluminum or stainless steel, and are mostly used when the car owners want their cars’ grilles personalized or even the entire bodywork.

There are several billet grille manufacturers out there that a customer can check out such as T-Rex, J&J Enterprises, Trenz, DJ Mototsports, Precision Grilles, Grillcraft, Putco, Stull, Street Scene, and Carriage Works. A vehicle gets old just like everything else and would eventually need replacements. If your vehicle’s grille gets old, you have the option of changing it to any grille out in the market. The most common vehicle accessory for grilles is the billet grille. The billet grilles are usually made out of billet aluminum, or even stainless steel or ABS plastic.

The billet grille has been in the market for a while now and there are many types of them right now. This particular grille insert may be bolted over the original equipment or they may also be used as replacements.
